Details

This universal fixing frame is required to attach the top rubbish chute to the scaffolding on a building/construction site.

Features

  • Recommended to hold 10 chutes (100-150kg, including bracket weight)
  • Width to fit 22” chutes
  • Weight: 15kg
  • Black as standard

Installation of the fixing frame

The fixing frame is attached to two ledger beams which are already incorporated in standard scaffolding. These ledger beams should be approximately 300mm apart and are held together by double couplers. This fixing frame is then attached to both ledgers, also using double couplers.

The top rubbish chute is then connected to the short chains on the fixing frame. Other chutes follow below this and a top hopper can be slotted in the first connecting chute. The height of the top hopper can vary depending on the height the fixing frame is installed.
