Our Underground GRP Cesspool tanks are a handy solution to sites or properties which do not have any sewage lines or nearby water treatment facilities. The tank stores wastewater from bathrooms, kitchen drains, dishwashers, washing machines, and more, safely without risk of contamination until the contents are ready to be pumped out.

Worry not, with this tank! With a 20 year warranty, this tank is a durable and long term solution. Please note that the tank should be regularly inspected and emptied by a qualified service professional. Due to the many variables involved with the amount of wastewater your site or property might generate and the local environmental regulations that might apply we are not able to advise on an emptying and servicing schedule. However, a local professional should be able to help you to plan an empty and servicing schedule that suits all of your requirements.

Sometimes things don't always go to plan however and to help combat unwanted surprises, we can also supply a high-level float and alarm which sounds when the tank is nearly at capacity. This helps eliminate the risk of backfill without the need to check the tank regularly in between emptying.

Two options of backfilling are available for these tanks, one designed to be backfilled with gravel or alternatively backfilled with concrete. Please note that concrete backfill tanks must be installed with a concrete surround to ensure stability. Please see the attached instructions for more information.

The tank itself comes with a single manhole/access cover and a blank spot in the turret to accept your drainage pipe. There are no additional outlets or inlets on the tank to avoid the risk of contamination. When emptied, the contents of the tank are usually pumped from the manhole.
