RB2000 Heavy Duty Traffic Barrier

This RB2000 barrier is a heavy duty barrier designed to create complete road and construction site safety and security. These barriers are ideal for low level containment which is suitable for highways, site delineation or to direct pedestrians.

Each barrier is fully inter-lockable with the next; this creates a solid and durable safety wall. The barriers have a patented 5 position connecting system which allows the barrier to flow around corners and uneven surfaces. Each barrier can be water or ballast filled and reach a weight of 400kg when full, this ensure the stability of the barrier when in place. The weight of the product when empty is 35kg, providing easy transportation and installation. 

The barriers are manufactured from UV stabilised polyethylene, which creates a strong and durable barrier that is weather resistant and will not fade over many years. The barriers are also stackable within their design, also providing easy transportation and storage.

Optional extras (at additional costs) are available with these barriers. Front and end stops can be supplied in any colour. These are recommended when using the barriers specifically to direct pedestrians as they prevent trip hazards. 

Another optional extra is anti-climb mesh or hoarding panels. These can extend the height of both the barrier and panel to 2.1 metres, this ensures added safety and security to construction sites and pedestrian walk ways. Vehicle or pedestrian gates can be added to the mesh or hoarding panels. These can be used to ensure extra security for construction sites. These gates are available in various sizes in order to meet your requirements. 

To ensure additional safety, the RB2000 barriers have passed wind tests - x3 of the RB2000 barriers, filled with water to the fill line have withstood wind speeds of up to 71mph.
