Plant Nappy is a popular method for controlling spills, working similar to drip trays. The medium-sized version is perfect for smaller machinery and tight spaces, offering the same reliable performance as the larger option. It contains oil and fuel spills from generators and other machinery on site. The Plant Nappy is different from regular drip trays: it lets clean rainwater flow through and traps harmful contaminants.
How It Works
The Plant Nappy features a permeable base and top cover made from PVC-coated polyester mesh. This design allows free passage of water while trapping oil and fuel. The base and cover are abrasion-resistant, oil and chemical-resistant, UV resistant, and fire retardant. They also offer high tensile strength and can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -20°C to 107°C, with a melt point of 157°C.
The yellow side walls are constructed from permeable foam that permits water to escape while preventing oil from seeping through. This makes the Plant Nappy a cost-effective and reliable alternative to traditional spill kits and oil absorbent pads or mats.
Do I need extra liners?
