JSP Recycled 7 Cu Ft Grit Bin

This compact and versatile grit bin is ideal for use at home or your business premises. The bin is constructed from recycled polyethylene and is currently available in recycled black. Polyethylene is a tough and durable UV-stable material that is able to withstand freezing conditions.

Our full range of grit bins are designed with an angled lid to minimise the amount of snow and ice settling on the top of the bin, ensuring ease of use in winter weather. Also built into this design are channels for lifting either with a pallet truck or a forklift, which ensures the bins can still be easily positioned even when fully stocked with salt grit.

This grit box is stackable up to seven high and offers space-saving storage throughout the summer months when not in use. For great economy and savings on delivery, up to 14 grit bins will fit on one standard size pallet.

Optional Extras

The optional Multiscoop is a versatile tool that can be used to quickly and efficiently spread grit or salt. It is manufactured from tough and durable plastic and features an all in one, leak free design with integrated handle for ease of use. The Multiscoop is ideal for storing inside this grit bin and can hold up to 25kg of grit.

An optional telescopic shovel can be added, which includes a clip which will allow you to fasten the shovel to the inside lid of the grit bin for convenient storage (as shown in the image).

To ensure you are thoroughly prepared for winter, we can supply this salt bin with 200kg (8 x 25kg bags) of either brown or white salt. 

Please Note: If you add rock salt to your order, this will arrive in a separate delivery to the salt bins and within 10-15 working days.
