Ideal for lifting and transporting heavy steel drums. Our manual hydraulic drum lifting trolley makes moving drums much faster and safer than traditional drum trolleys. Reducing the risk of serious injuries when lifting heavy drums and barrels, and improving health and safety, the easy-to-use trolley takes all of the weight.

When in position, the single castor has a lock to keep the trolley in place. The drum lifter truck uses a clamp mechanism that is positioned with ease and grabs the drum by its rim. To lift, simply crank the handle until it is at a safe height and transport it with the rear steering wheel and two large rollers. When you are in the desired location, the touch-sensitive valve lowers the drum safely down. 

The durable polyurethane wheels remain resistant to oils grease and other chemicals, which may have spilled previously. This will not affect the mobility of the trolley when in use. Used indoors and outdoors, there remains a smooth feel when using the trolley.

With a load capacity of up to 250kg, this drum lifting trolley is perfect when working in a fast-paced environment where the transportation of heavy drums is common. 

Please note - this is for steel drums only -  some self assembly is required

Building instructions

1. Open the packing, take out the fork assembly, cylinder assembly screw, handle, bolt and chassis and ensure the parts are full.
2. Fix the fork assembly and chassis with a bolt.
3. Place the cylinder assembly on the chassis and fix it with a screw.
4. Insert the handle.
5. In the pump seat on the cylinder assembly and clamp it with the screw.
