The de-compaction rake is specifically designed to relieve the compaction of 3rd generation artificial surfaces, starting with the use of the tines.
The tines work well to pull the matter surface up and to pull on the rubber or sand fill.
Two rows of levelling bars then push the sand back down and respread the fill to the surface.
This is then followed by a strip brush which then smartens up the surface to make it fit for use again.
The DRC has a four wheel chassis, the two front wheels are two solid casters to allow turning in tight corners, and the two rear wheels are jacklegs.
All of the wheels have the ability to be adjusted to change the pressure applied by the tines.
The rear brush can be removed if not wanted, or you can have it so only the brush is in contact with the artificial surface, depending on what you intend to achieve.
The DRC is pulled by either a tow bar or 3 point linkage version upon request, and the wheels can be jacked down to raise the rake and allow easy transport to the storage area.
The DRC also comes with a tool carrying tray as standard, and can be made in different sizes upon request.
The DRC can also be mounted to a vehicle if required.
