6m x 2m Flat Pack Storage Container with Double Wing Doors

This flat pack design of this container enables it to be quickly assembled in limited space or restricted access locations for cost-effective and convenient storage. It offers a fantastic solution for construction sites, schools, temporary events, sports clubs, local councils and courtyards who often need secure storage in hard to access areas.

The unit can be easily erected by two people in just five minutes without the need for tools. If required it can be easily returned to flat pack form, ready to be transported and reused at a different location.

It is constructed from galvanised sheet steel which is hot-dip galvanised to protect against rust and the outdoor elements. The joining process encompasses best-point-technology to ensure the protective zinc coating is not damaged, with the best-point joints promising reliability and coming with a 10 year anti-corrosion guarantee for peace of mind.

Up to three tons can be lifted across site by crane via the four jack rings, while the fitted metal runners offer an alternative transportation method via forklift as well as providing ground ventilation beneath the container.

This product has been awarded the GS mark which is recognised worldwide as a symbol of quality and safety by meeting the standards outlined in the German Product Safety Act (ProdSG, in short). The double wing doors are fitted with a mortoise lock and profile cylinder (includes 3 keys) to maximise security of the container and deter thieves.

It also features a sturdy OSB wooden floor which is 18mm thick and has a load bearing capacity of 500kg/m². The OSB/3 panel is for use in structural applications in humid areas in accordance with EN 300 and is guaranteed pest free (IPPC standard).

Also practical as a robust and maintenance free substitute to the wooden shed, this versatile 6m x 2m Flat Pack Storage Container has excellent snow load and wind speed values to resist the impact of extreme weather.

Please Note: This new container comes fitted with a lockbox as standard. Lockboxes are a metal shroud, welded to the cargo doors protecting the padlock. When fitted with a lockbox, it prevents forced entry through cutting the padlock on the container.
