Tiny holes in some mortar tubs are designed mainly for drainage during cleaning, preventing rainwater build-up in storage, and reducing suction when lifting or separating stacked tubs.

Yes. The 250L capacity and 5mm wall thickness make it suitable for mortar, render, aggregates, and general site debris.
Please note: due to the way the feet are moulded, the tub is not fully watertight, so it’s not recommended for storing water or very watery mixes. Standard mortar and cement mixes are absolutely fine.
Does the tub stack?
Yes, they nest when empty for efficient yard storage and transport.
